Pricing & Credits

How much does each CV cost?

€1 per CV (VAT not included), which is significantly cheaper than the time spent on manual formatting. Credits are consumed when you upload a file for processing. If processing fails due to technical errors, we'll refund the credit. Our pricing is structured in convenient packages as shown above - the more credits you buy, the better value you get.

What happens to unused credits?

Monthly credits expire at the end of each billing cycle. When upgrading plans, unused credits transfer to a special non-expiring balance. Non-expiring credits are used after monthly credits.

Can I purchase additional credits?

What is AI Reprocessing?

AI Reprocessing allows you to re-analyze any previously uploaded CV with our AI models using top LLMs for accurate processing. This helps extract new information, fix formatting issues, or update the CV structure. Best of all, it's completely free - no credits consumed. You can reprocess CVs unlimited times. All plans use the same high-quality AI processing technology.

What file formats are supported?

We support PDF, DOCX, DOC, and TXT files up to 10MB. Multi-page documents are fully supported.

How long does processing take?

Average processing time is 48-52 seconds per CV. Complex documents may take up to 90 seconds. Bulk processing is available for Professional and Agency plans.

Account & Billing

How do I upgrade my plan?

Go to Settings → Billing in your dashboard. Choose your new plan and complete the checkout. Changes take effect immediately with prorated billing for mid-cycle upgrades.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes, you can cancel anytime from Settings → Billing. You'll keep access until the end of your billing period. We recommend downloading all your data before cancellation.

Do you offer team/enterprise pricing?

We offer custom pricing for teams needing 100+ credits per month. Volume discounts are available. Contact sales@cvready.co for a personalized quote.

Technical & Support

Is there an API?

API access is coming soon for Professional and Agency plans. Webhook notifications are available now. Our full REST API is in active development.

What about data privacy?

We're fully GDPR compliant with data encrypted at rest. All processing happens on EU servers. You can request full data deletion at any time.
