How much does each CV cost?
Between $0.33 and $0.49 depending on the plan (VAT not included): $49 for 100 CVs, $99 for 250 or $199 for 600 a month. A CV is counted when you upload a file for processing. If processing fails due to a technical error, it is returned to your allowance automatically.
What happens to unused credits?
Nothing — unused credits roll over and never expire. They stay on your balance for as long as your account is active, even if you cancel your subscription.
Can I purchase additional credits?
Yes — top-up packs (€59 = 100 CVs) can be purchased anytime and never expire. If you need more than 600 CVs a month, contact us at support@cvready.co.
Processing & features
What is AI Reprocessing?
Reprocessing lets you re-analyze any uploaded CV with our AI models — extract new information, fix formatting, or update structure. It's completely free and unlimited on all plans.
What file formats are supported?
We support PDF, DOCX, DOC, and TXT files up to 10MB. Multi-page documents are fully supported.
How long does processing take?
Average processing time is 48-52 seconds. Complex documents may take up to 90 seconds.
Billing & account
How does the free trial work?
Your first CV is free and needs no card: upload it and read the result. To download it you start the trial: you choose a plan and enter a card, and nothing is charged for 7 days. The trial includes 20 CVs. Cancel before day 8 and you pay nothing; otherwise your plan starts and its monthly CVs are added.
How do I change my plan?
Go to Settings → Billing in your dashboard. An upgrade takes effect immediately: you pay the prorated difference for the rest of the billing period and get the matching share of extra CVs. A downgrade takes effect at your next renewal, and you keep every CV you already have.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel anytime from Settings → Billing. You keep access until your billing period ends. We recommend downloading your data before cancellation.
