Credits & Pricing

How much does each CV cost?

€1 per CV (VAT not included). Credits are consumed when you upload a file for processing. If processing fails due to technical errors, we refund the credit automatically.

What happens to unused credits?

Monthly credits expire at the end of each billing cycle. When you upgrade plans, any unused credits transfer to a special non-expiring balance that's used after your monthly allocation.

Can I purchase additional credits?

Additional credit packs are coming soon. For high-volume needs right now, contact us at support@cvready.co for custom arrangements.

Processing & Features

What is AI Reprocessing?

Reprocessing lets you re-analyze any uploaded CV with our AI modelsβ€”extract new information, fix formatting, or update structure. It's completely free and unlimited on all plans.

What file formats are supported?

We support PDF, DOCX, DOC, and TXT files up to 10MB. Multi-page documents are fully supported.

How long does processing take?

Average processing time is 48-52 seconds. Complex documents may take up to 90 seconds. Bulk processing is available on Professional and Agency plans.

Billing & Account

How do I upgrade my plan?

Go to Settings β†’ Billing in your dashboard. Choose your new plan and complete checkout. Changes take effect immediately with prorated billing for mid-cycle upgrades.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Cancel anytime from Settings β†’ Billing. You keep access until your billing period ends. We recommend downloading your data before cancellation.
