1. About These Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the CV processing service operated by Nocodo LTD, a Cyprus private company ("we", "us", "our"). By using our service, you agree to these terms.
2. What We Do
We provide a service that helps HR teams and recruitment agencies standardize CVs. Our service:
- Accepts CV uploads in various formats (PDF, Word, text files)
- Uses AI technology to convert CVs into standardized formats
- Allows you to download processed CVs in PDF or Word format
- Provides a dashboard to manage your processed CVs
- Enables bulk uploads for processing multiple CVs at once
- Offers team collaboration through workspaces
- Includes search and organization tools for your CV library
3. Your Account
To use our service, you need to create an account with a valid email address. You are responsible for:
- Keeping your account information accurate and up to date
- Maintaining the security of your account credentials
- All activities that occur under your account
3.1 Workspace and Team Features
Every account includes workspace features for team collaboration:
- Each account owner has their own workspace
- You can invite team members as guests to your workspace
- Guest limits depend on your plan: Starter (2 guests), Professional (10 guests), Agency (50 guests)
- Workspace guests share the workspace owner's credit allocation
- You can customize your workspace with your company name and logo
- Guests can view and manage resumes but use the owner's credits for processing
4. Pricing and Payment
Our service operates on a credit-based system:
- Starter Plan: Up to 20 free credits per month
- Professional Plan: €500 EUR ($550 USD equivalent) per month for 500 credits
- Agency Plan: €1,190 EUR ($1,390 USD equivalent) per month for 1,500 credits
- Each CV processing uses 1 credit
- All prices are excluding VAT/taxes
- Prices are subject to change for new subscriptions, but your price remains locked as long as you maintain continuous subscription
How Credits Work
Our credit system has two components to give you flexibility:
Monthly Credits (Primary Balance)
- Included with your plan each month (Starter: 20, Professional: 500, Agency: 1,500)
- Reset on your billing date - unused monthly credits expire and do not carry forward
- Always used first when processing CVs
Extra Credit Balance
- Additional credits that persist across billing cycles
- Added when we provide them as courtesy or compensation
- Added when you upgrade plans and have unused monthly credits from your previous plan
- Used only after your monthly credits are exhausted
- Never expire while your account remains active
- Non-refundable and non-transferable
Payment Processing
All payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited ("Paddle"), our Merchant of Record. This means:
- Paddle is the official seller of our service and handles all payment processing
- VAT/taxes are calculated and added to the price based on your location
- EU business customers can use reverse charge mechanism with valid VAT number
- Your payment information is securely processed by Paddle
- We do not store or have access to your credit card details
- Paddle will appear on your bank statement as the merchant
- All invoices and tax receipts are issued by Paddle
5. Refund Policy
We want you to be satisfied with our service. Here's our straightforward refund policy:
30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
- If you're not satisfied within the first 30 days of your initial subscription, we'll provide a full refund
- Simply email us at support@nocodo.tech with your reason for cancellation
Monthly Subscriptions
- Cancel anytime before your next billing cycle
- No refund for partial months, but you'll retain access until the end of your paid period
- Unused credits do not roll over and are non-refundable
Fair Use
- Refunds are not available if you've processed more than 50% of your monthly credit allocation
- We reserve the right to refuse refunds for accounts showing signs of abuse
How to Request a Refund

- Include your account email and reason for refund
- Refunds are processed by Paddle within 5-7 business days
- Refunds will be credited to your original payment method
Exceptional Circumstances
- Service outages lasting more than 48 hours: Pro-rated refund
- Major bugs preventing core functionality: Case-by-case consideration
6. Acceptable Use
You may only use our service for legitimate business purposes related to HR and recruitment. You must not:
- Upload content that violates any laws or regulations
- Upload CVs without proper consent from the individuals
- Use the service to process personal data unlawfully
- Attempt to access or interfere with our systems
- Share your account credentials with others
7. Your Content
When you upload CVs to our service:
- You retain ownership of the content you upload
- You grant us permission to process and store the content to provide our service
- You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload and process the CVs
- We will process your data according to our Privacy Policy
8. Service Availability
While we strive to provide reliable service, we cannot guarantee 100% uptime. We may occasionally need to perform maintenance or updates that temporarily affect service availability.
9. Limitation of Liability
Our service is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the past 12 months.
10. Termination
Either party may terminate the service relationship at any time. Upon termination:
- Your access to the service will be discontinued
- Your data will be deleted according to our Privacy Policy
- Unused monthly credits and extra credit balance are forfeited and non-refundable
- Workspace guests will immediately lose access to your workspace
- All pending invitations will be automatically cancelled
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or through our service. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Cyprus. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Cyprus.
